Last year we held the first phase of public consultation on our proposals for a high quality build-to-rent residential development on an underutilised section of the Tesco car park at Parrs Wood in East Didsbury.

After careful consideration and reflection on the feedback that we received during this process, we have updated our plans.

A second public drop-in session was held on Tuesday 22nd March 2022 at Didsbury Cricket Club, offering the opportunity to look at our updated plans and to talk to members of our team.

Our updated design proposals are now live, but our online feedback form has now closed (as of 5 April 2022).
