The RESI Awards, organised by Property Week, are widely regarded as the industry’s most prestigious awards and as such, have substantial requirements for entry. The awards ceremony took place on 10^thMay at Grosvenor House, London, with over 1,300 property professionals in attendance from across the country.

Judges drew particular attention to Dandara Living’s focus on health and safety, as well as its industry-leading management scores on Homeviews across all live sites.

Dandara Living is on course to become one of the largest developers and operators of BTR homes in the UK, with around 2,700 units currently under our management, and a strong pipeline of upcoming sites.
